> By using Echo, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
> Echo allows users to send and receive quotes anonymously through a simple and minimal interface. No user registration is required.
> All users are signed in anonymously via Firebase. Your anonymous ID resets when the app is uninstalled and reinstalled.
> Echo provides two subscription tiers:
> - Orbital-24 (Free): Send and receive quotes once every 12 hours
> - Nebula-12 (Paid): Send and receive quotes once every 4 hours
> All payments are processed securely by the App Store or Google Play.
Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are handled through
those platforms.
> You agree not to use Echo to:
> - Send harmful, illegal, or offensive messages
> - Attempt to reveal another user's identity
> - Interfere with the app's normal operation
> Violation of these rules may result in permanent access restriction.
> All content, design, and code related to Echo are owned by PenguinWorks. > You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
> Echo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PenguinWorks is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the app.
> PenguinWorks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
> We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Echo means you accept the revised terms.
