1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

Data Pill offers subscription-based access to certain features and content. Subscription plans may vary, and specific details of available subscription plans, including pricing and duration, can be found within the App.

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, depending on the plan selected (e.g., yearly).
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the App Store.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

4. Use of the App

4.1 License

Data Pill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the App.
• Use the App to distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation.

5. User Content

5.1 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. By submitting content, you grant Data Pill a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the App.

5.2 Prohibited Content

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Content containing viruses or other harmful components.

6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

6.1 Ad Services

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services, including but not limited to Google AdMob. These services may collect data such as device identifiers, usage information, and location (if permitted), in order to serve relevant ads to you.

6.2 Data Collection and Use

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that such third-party services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Data Pill does not control the data collection practices of these services.

6.3 No Endorsement

Data Pill does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or advertisements that may appear in the App. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Data Pill or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the express written consent of Data Pill.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Pill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
